This position is a member of the Clinical Care Coordinator (CCC) team of administrative assistants and provides liaison to the Clinical Pharmacist teams, in addition to supporting department management in many ways. Primary duties focus on performing all activities associated with production processing of IPE+ cases, but also include support for Therapeutic Alert Letter production, IPE-R processing, and various projects.
This position encompasses a full range of day to day production duties as an integral part of the team. The IPE+ CCC role is complex in nature, ever evolving, and requires consistent judgment, attention to detail, and innovation. This position involves frequent contact with claim professionals, nurse case managers, physician office staff, and others involved in the care of injured workers.
Represents the interests of all stakeholders, sponsors, and potential users. The Product Owner is responsible for understanding the vision as defined by the Product Manager. The Product owner is responsible for communicating the epic vision and collaborating closely with the delivery team during planning and review ceremonies. The Product Owner leads the product team in decomposing the Epic(s) into features as well as creating and prioritizing the Product Backlog. The Product Owner provides clarification and feedback to the team, and ultimately accepts or rejects work results. The Product Owner has the ultimate responsibility for the priority of items in a release and negotiates with stakeholders related to the scope of those release items.
