Represents the interests of all stakeholders, sponsors, and potential users. The Product Owner is responsible for understanding the vision as defined by the Product Manager. The Product owner is responsible for communicating the epic vision and collaborating closely with the delivery team during planning and review ceremonies. The Product Owner leads the product team in decomposing the Epic(s) into features as well as creating and prioritizing the Product Backlog. The Product Owner provides clarification and feedback to the team, and ultimately accepts or rejects work results. The Product Owner has the ultimate responsibility for the priority of items in a release and negotiates with stakeholders related to the scope of those release items.
Account management is responsible for the strategic planning and associated activities focused on maximizing relationships with clients. The purpose of the account representative is to manage ongoing relationships and service delivery to clients for one or more accounts. The essential functions of an account representative are to act as an outward-facing, dedicated resource for assigned accounts, build relationships and serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day service delivery, conducting client training, represent the client internally, and coordinate with other departments to complete projects and address ongoing service needs.
